SELF CHECK OUT: 11:00am (Late Check Out may be arranged for a fee.)

CANCELLATIONS:
— Refundable if cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival date, less a $75 fee.
— Non-refundable if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival date.

DOG FRIENDLY
— Under no circumstances may a dog be left at the house unattended, inside or outdoors. Violations will incur a fee of $500 per occurrence.
— Dogs only – other pets not permitted
— Fee is $100 flat per stay
— One (1) dog maximum, weight must be 30 pounds or less
— Grounds are not fenced – leashes are highly recommended
— Doggie doo must be collected and disposed of in outdoor trash receptacle
— Should a dog cause unusual damage, the guest’s credit card will be charged for repairs.

SMOKING
Indoor smoking is not permitted. Outdoor smoking is permitted, away from the house.

DAMAGES
Should damages occur, guests will be charged accordingly. Smoking indoors is considered damage.

LOSS
The Dome House is not responsible for loss of valuables.
